Ultra Music Festival, the most famous electronic music festival, for the first time comes to Croatia and takes place in Split and on the island of Hvar since its establishment in 1999.

More precisely, the event will take place at the Poljud stadium in Split on the 12th and 13th of July and 14th on the island of Hvar at Hotel Amfora Grand Beach Resort. It is confirmed that the festival will be organized in Croatia the next five years.

The interest in the festival is very high, whether we are talking about local residents or tourists. It is estimated that the festival will be visited by people from 75 different countries. So far, 35 000 tickets have been sold which is much more than the organizers had estimated. All the tickets at a price of 60 Euros have been sold, but there are still tickets at a price of 75 Euros, so you might want to hurry up if you are interested in attending this event.

Since the interest is so high, the organizers decided to bring another 7 artist to the event; so in total the festival will have 37 artists performing. Some of them are: Avicii, Armin van Buuren, Carl Cox, Afrojack, Fedde Le Grand, Marco Carola, Umek, Adventure Club, Hard Rock Sofa, Sunnery James and Ryan Marciano, Jon Rundell, W&W, Danny Avila, Brass Knuckles, Erik Morillo and many more. Live transmission of the festival will also be available on You Tube.

This will definitely be the greatest event of this kind in this region. Ultra Music festival year after years wins many awards; six years in a row International Dance Music Awards as the Best Music Event, in 2008 Best International Dance Music Festival as the Best Music Festival and 5 years in a row Best Festival award.
