Since the Ultra Music Festival went very well in Split in 2013, the organizers decided that the festival would take place in Split again in 2014. It will take place three days in Split, 11, 12 and 13 July, unlike in 2013 when it lasted 2 days, and the fourth day, Ultra Beach, on one of the islands.

Since the interest was very high last year, there is no doubt it will be the same even this year, if not even higher. The artists performing are famous worldwide and some of them are Fedde Le Grand, Laidback Luke, Martin Garrix, Afrojack, Carl Cox, Hardwell, David Guetta, Armin van Buuren, Tiësto... The organizers expect around 100 000 visitors, from Croatia as well as other countries.

The 75 $ Early Bird Tickets were sold out in a flash. Croatian citizens got a privilege to buy "home" tickets at a price of 99 Euros. Regular General Admission tickets for all three days of the festival cost 985 kunas (129 euros) and are available on the Ultra Europe official site. VIP stand tickets are available at 100 Euros for each day of the festival. It is also possible to book VIP tables or lounge spaces.

The Ultra Europe 2013 aftermovie on YouTube was seen 240 000 times only five days after it was released and it's a great promotion not only of Split but the whole Croatia.
